As you can see by today’s title, it’s a Disney day. I will be reviewing 2 disney movies that were suggested.
First on the list:
Aladdin. This is a great Disney movie. There are many great ones and this is definitely on the top. It’s so good. The music is excellent and so is the story. Many Disney movies act out childrens’ fantasies. Peter Pan is flying, and this one is having a Genie who grants wishes. I wish I had a genie who granted me wishes. I would probably wish for what everyone else wishes for. Money, a big house, a new car. But I would try and make all of that 1 wish. But the genie probably wouldn’t buy it and I’d waste my wishes in one shot. I would never even think of freeing my genie if he was a prisoner, it wouldn’t cross my mind. But Aladdin was a smart homeless person. He was quick and cunning and he had a nice personality even though he lied about being Prince Ali (or Prince Abu-bu). Favorite character? Iago, Jafar’s bird. He has some great lines and he’s funny. I like the tiger, too. I forgot it’s name, but it’s on the tip of my tongue. I want a domesticated pet tiger. I mean, who doesn’t? C’mon. I’m not doing favorite scene, today it’s favorite song. My favorite song is probably “One Jump,” I think it’s called. It’s in the beginning when Aladdin is running away from the guards because he stole bread. Oh, I almost forgot. I really love Abu as well. He’s a wonderful monkey. This movie is just wonderful. I have it on DVD – 2-disk special addition. I was also Aladdin in 1st grade for Halloween. My cousin was Jasmine. We had pretty awesome costumes. I also had the Aladdin and Jasmine Barbie dolls.
Last for today:
The Little Mermaid. This movie was the movie that was actually suggested, but someone got it mixed up with Aladdin, so I decided to review them both. This is another great one. It fulfills one’s desire to be a mermaid. At the age of 14, Ariel is pretty hot. I think it’s the water. Disney has a way of making characters look attractive. All the men are gorgeous and all the women are beautiful. Even the animals are good looking. Grown-up Simba from The Lion King was attractive. He had a piece of his main over his face. That’s one fine lion. Ok, back to the movie I’m supposed to be reviewing. It’s fun. It also keeps you on the edge of your seat. Ariel is not allowed to go to the surface, but she does. She saves her love. The mean octopus lady steals her voice. It’s great. Her little cave of knick-knacks from the above world is nice. It’s upsetting when King Posiedon ruins it. I spoiled that, I know, but I had to get it off my chest. But I think everyone has seen almost every Disney movie. At least the old ones. I’ve never seen Sleeping Beauty, The Sword and the Stone, and Snow White. And I don’t plan to. Favorite character – Max, the dog. Or the seagul. He’s fun. Sabastion is alright. Favorite song – “Under the Sea,” of course. All the sea creatures come out and play instruments. At the end, Ariel is no where to be found. That happened in The Lion King during “I just can’t wait to be King.” They left the bird all alone under a rhino’s ass.
I think I’m done.
