I Call My Dog's Butt, "Tussi"

Tell me what you, what you really, really want

I got 2 movies for you today.  Both suggested by 2 girls with the same name.  The Amandas, as my friends and I affectionately call them.  They told me to review Spiceworld and A Lot Like Love.  So, here it goes.

Spiceworld is first:

You probably won’t believe this when I tell you, but I love this movie.  It’s great.  The Spice Girls are wonderful.  I don’t care if it got bad reviews.  Many of the movies I love dearly didn’t do so great in the minds of Ebert and Roeper.  But who the eff cares.  They’re still great to me.  So back to this movie.  It basically follows the girls as they tour through Europe on their awesome tour bus.  They meet some strange people and beings on the way.  As we watch them through their crazy antics, there is a director who wants to make a movie about them.  Whatever he says is going on right then and there on the movie.  Let’s get back to the bus.  Did I mention it’s awesome, because it is.  All the girls have their own area that relates to their personality.  Sporty has a little gym (by the way, she’s really fat now), Baby has a swing and stuffed animals, Posh has a runway, well you get the point.  My favorite line is, “Should I wear the little black dress, or the little black dress?” from Posh Spice.  It’s funny.  The weirdest point in the movie is when they are going to pee in the woods and (I’m sorry if I spoil this for anyone) they meet aliens who love them.  When the Spice Girls were big, I never had their cds, but I do enjoy their music.  I’m glad that I had the opportunity to see this movie.

Next:

A Lot Like Love.  Ashton Kutcher early in his career with a horrible haircut.  I didn’t enjoy this movie, even though Amanda told me I did.  Nope, not at all.  I saw it last year, but I don’t really remember it.  I think it’s because I didn’t like it.  But if you are really into chick flick movies, then go see it.  I’m sure you would like it.  It has all the ingredients for a good chick flick.  I only like a few, choice chick flicks, and this wasn’t one of them.  But I really need to stress that Ashton really needed to not have chin-length hair.  He did cut it further into the movie, but I had to stare at him with that horrible ‘do’ for the beginning of the movie.  I’m sorry, I don’t have a lot to say on it because I don’t remember it.  If you want to voice your opinion on the movie, then please comment.
